Director appointment (AP01): new CFO

A senior finance hire at seed stage usually precedes a raise or an audit. Worth a founder call.

Illustrative feed. Fictional company, real alert types.

What it catches, and what it means for your position.

A new round, priced

The SH01 lands; Tero reads the price per share and shares issued, computes the implied valuation and tells you what your stake is now.

Board changes

Director appointments and resignations the day they are filed, with a flag when several leave at once.

Strike-off and insolvency

Gazette notices, proposals to strike off and liquidation filings, the week they appear. That is the week loss relief becomes claimable.

Charges and accounts

New charges over the business, and the annual accounts when they land, with the movement that matters pulled out.

News with the so-what

Press and web mentions, read against your thesis: what the story means for your position, in two lines.

The weekly brief

Everything above in one email, register first, so you never learn about your own company from a founder update.

How it works

1
Add your holdings

Company names are enough. Tero finds them on the register and reads your stake from the confirmation statement where your name appears.

2
Tero watches the register

Every filing on every holding is read as it lands, priced where it can be, and explained in plain English.

3
You get the ones that matter

Alerts for the filings that change your position, and a weekly brief for the rest.

Questions angels ask

What does Tero monitor?

Every Companies House filing on each company you hold: share allotments, confirmation statements, director changes, charges, accounts, strike-off and insolvency notices, plus press and web mentions.

How fast is it?

Filings are read the day Companies House publishes them, usually within a month of the event and often before any announcement. Alerts go out the same day.

Does it calculate my dilution?

Yes. When a new allotment is filed, Tero reads the price and share count, computes the implied post-money valuation and restates your percentage.

How many companies can I watch?

One on the free plan. The Angel plan watches ten for £10 a month, Angel Plus twenty, and Angel at Scale has no limit.

Is this the same data as my EIS tracker?

Yes. Monitoring and the EIS and SEIS tracker read the same register, so a strike-off notice updates your relief position at the same time.

The EIS and SEIS tracker is free on every plan; due diligence reports start with one free. See pricing.
