About Tero.

Tero was built by an angel investor who kept doing diligence the hard way: a dozen browser tabs, Companies House PDFs at midnight, and the uneasy feeling that the checks professionals run (sanctions screens, court records, the filed price of the last round) were being skipped because they take an evening per deal.

So we connected the sources properly. Tero calls the official registers and primary records directly, from Companies House, the FCA register and the Gazette to The National Archives' case law, sanctions lists and real traffic data, and turns an evening of tab-hopping into a nine-module researched report with a memo you can forward. Then it keeps watch: filings, allotments, director changes and news for every company you hold.

The name: the tero (southern lapwing) is the bird South American farmers trust to guard their land. It spots trouble long before anyone else and makes an unmissable noise about it. That's the spirit of the product: a watchful eye on the companies you hold.

Tero is information software: we are not a fund, we do not hold client money, and we never tell you what to invest in. We are TRCPL Ltd (trading as Tero), company number 17336273, registered in England and Wales, ICO-registered, London-based.
